Volunteer assistant Kim Roush continues into her second season. Roush also currently serves the university as a Lecturer in the Marketing Department.
She brings with her 15 years of running experience at different levels, and is a huge asset as she assists in helping the Bobcat men and women develop athletically and academically. Kim is passionate about the sport and passionate about young people—two things that make her a perfect fit for our cross country teams and GC Athletics as a whole.
Roush was a coach for her alma mater, Our Lady of Providence High School in Clarksville, Indiana for three seasons, guiding her team to the regional meet and individuals to the state meet each season. She has been an active runner for over 15 years, competing in two marathons, over 10 half marathons and numerous 5K and 10K races. The 2011 Southern Indiana Runner of the Year, her favorite distance is the half marathon.
Roush founded and is an active member of the Milledgeville Milers, a community running group in Milledgeville. She has a bachelors in Marketing from Butler University and an MBA from Duquesne University. Roush worked as a brand manager for a Fortune 200 company prior to joining Georgia College.
