MILLEDGEVILLE, Ga. – The Georgia College Volleyball squad (1-2) recently wrapped up the 2019 Bobcat Classic tournament over the weekend, and both Libby Bochniak (Marietta) and Emma Boughner (Bogart) were chosen for the All-Tournament Team.
Bochniak had a strong opening weekend, getting 4.08 kills and 4.08 digs per set over the three matches this week. She hit .283 for the week as well. The junior recorded the most kills in the Peach Belt Conference (PBC) so far this season with 23 in the win over Tusculum University Friday.
Boughner was busy on the front line, adding 1.31 kills per set on .324 hitting and 11 total blocks over the three bouts. In the loss to Lindenwood University Saturday, she posted eight kills and four total blocks.
The Bobcats are back in action Friday, Sept. 13 at the Jaguar Rumble in Augusta, squaring off with Emmanuel College.
