SKILLMAN, N.J. – The Intercollegiate Tennis Association (ITA) released its latest Division II Regional rankings and found Georgia College women's tennis (8-4, 5-1 PBC) sitting in the No. 3 slot for the second-straight Southeast Region Poll.
Georgia College trails Peach Belt Conference (PBC) foes Armstrong State University and Columbus State University, who sit at Nos. 1 and 2, respectively. The Bobcats are coming off a tough week where they faced three top-20 ranked opponents.
The latest ITA poll also features two Bobcats in individual rankings. Sitting at No. 17 is Camille Clausse-Pujo (Bordeaux, France) and at the No. 18 slot is teammate Macy Polk (Powder Springs, Georgia).
The Bobcat women's tennis team was ranked No. 26 in the most recent ITA National Rankings, with the next National Ranking set to release March 25.
Georgia College will travel to Savannah, Georgia to take on No. 24 Concordia University on Friday, March 27, with the match set to begin at 11 a.m.
