AUGUSTA, Ga. – The Peach Belt Conference (PBC) announced its first weekly honors of the new season Tuesday, with Georgia College Men's Cross Country senior Collin Silliman (Douglasville) being named the PBC Men's Cross Country Runner of the Week.
Silliman led the Bobcats to a fourth place finish by taking fifth overall in the VSU Border Clash Friday night at Valdosta State University. He was the top finisher among PBC schools in the race, crossing the line in the 7.25K at 24:41.
The Bobcats will hit the road for their second meet of the 2019 season at the Mountain Dew Invitational, in Gainesville, Florida, Sept.14.
