MILLEDGEVILLE, Ga. – Senior forward Isaac Thomas (Trion) of the Georgia College Men's Basketball team (17-11) has been named Bobcat Athlete of the Week for his efforts during the Week ending March 3.
Thomas was a boxscore-filler over two wins this week, averaging 15.5 points, 10.0 rebounds and 5.0 assists per game in wins over Young Harris College and Francis Marion University. He had 17 points, seven rebounds and four assists against Young Harris, then went for a 14-point, 13-rebound double-double adding six assists and three steals in beating Francis Marion Sunday.
The Bobcats are back in action Wednesday, March 6 at 7:30 p.m. traveling to UNC Pembroke for a Peach Belt Conference (PBC) Tournament Quarterfinal.
