MILLEDGEVILLE, Ga. – Due to the anticipation of inclement weather in north Georgia throughout the week, the Bobcat basketball teams have pushed back the date of their contest with Young Harris College to Monday, Feb. 4.
The Peach Belt Conference (PBC) doubleheader was scheduled to take place Wednesday, Jan. 30. However, because of heavy snowfall and expected freezing temperatures, both programs agreed to postpone the contest.
The doubleheader will now be played at the YHC Basketball Arena on Feb. 4, with the women's game beginning at 5:30 p.m. and the men's following at 7:30 p.m.
Bobcat basketball returns to action this weekend, travelling to PBC-foe Francis Marion University Saturday, Feb. 2. The women's tip-off of is scheduled for 1:30 p.m. with the men's set for 3:30 p.m.
