MILLEDGEVILLE, Ga. – Georgia College Golf head coach Patrick Garrett has added one newcomer to the roster for the upcoming season, as Mike Leanos joins Bobcat Nation.

"We're very excited to add Mikey to our program as our only newcomer," said Garrett. "After a very solid junior career, he should be a great fit for Georgia College and I'm looking forward to seeing him progress and contribute both on and off the golf course."

A Kennesaw native, Leanos joins the Bobcats after graduating from Harrison High. A golfer for the Hoyas, he played for head coach Dennis Attaway, picking up All-State Honorable Mention honors in both his junior and senior seasons. A two-time All-County selection as well, Leanos plans to major in Business.

The Bobcats get the 2019-20 season underway Monday, Sept. 16 at the Kiawah Island Invitational in Kiawah Island, South Carolina.
