INDIANAPOLIS – The NCAA released the second round of Division II Women's Volleyball Region Rankings, with Georgia College (20-5, 8-3 PBC) matching last week's program-best sixth place.

The Bobcats are sixth overall and third among the five Peach Belt Conference (PBC) schools listed. USC Aiken is ranked second, with Flagler College at No. 4. Augusta University is No. 8 and Lander University No. 9. Wingate University of the South Atlantic Conference (SAC) owns the top slot for the second-straight week.

The final version of this poll is used to determine the at-large bids to the NCAA Southeast Regional starting Nov. 30. The region hands out three automatic bids to the winners of championship tournaments in the PBC, SAC and Conference Carolinas. The remaining five slots are determined by this poll.

GC Volleyball appeared in these region rankings last season, reaching as high as ninth place.

The Bobcats are back in action Saturday, Nov. 11 at 2 p.m., traveling to Paine College.
