AUGUSTA, Ga. -- The Peach Belt Conference (PBC) announced Monday, their picks for the All-Academic Teams for both men's and women's tennis within the conference. Georgia College impressively had four players from the men's team that made the cut.

Mattia Campus (Concorezzo, Italy), Christian Graff (Lomar, Germany), Kyle Kinsler (Suwanee), and Anton Waern (Taby, Sweden) were all named for Georgia College. Campus, a senior and a Business Management major, holds a 3.31 GPA. Graff, a grad student and a Health and Human Performance major, owns a 4.0.  Kinsler, a senior Management Information Systems major, held a 3.71 GPA, while Waern, a senior Management major also, boasts a GPA of 3.44.

This will be the second time receiving this honor for both Kinsler and Waern and it will be the first time for Campus and Graff. Kinsler has now received the award two seasons in a row, first bringing it in as a junior in the 2015-2016 season.

The PBC states that to be eligible for the All-Academic Team, a student-athlete must participate in at least half of his or her team's events and be either a starter or significant contributor while also achieving a 3.0 GPA. The athletes must also be sophomores in order to receive the honor.

The No. 7-seed Bobcats are set to head to the PBC Tournament Quarterfinals this weekend in Florence, South Carolina. The Bobcats will be up against the No. 2-seed Armstrong State University.  The Quarterfinals will begin at 1 p.m. Friday, April 21.
