AUGUSTA, Ga. – For the fifth week, including the fourth in a row—both conference records—Georgia College Baseball (21-17, 11-11 PBC) rookie Cam Hill (Marietta) is the Peach Belt Conference (PBC) Freshman of the Week, the conference office announced Monday.
Hill was busy again this week, going 7-for-15 (.467) with three multi-hit games among his four contests. He went 3-for-5 with a run, RBI and a double at Flagler College Friday night, and also went 2-for-3 with three runs and another driven in Wednesday's win over Clark Atlanta University. He drove in two, scored four on the week, stole a base and went errorless in four chances in centerfield.
The Bobcats are back in action Friday, April 19 at 6 p.m. playing host to Augusta University.
