MILLEDGEVILLE, Ga. – The Georgia College Tennis program and head coach Steve Barsby released the fall schedule for Bobcat Tennis Thursday, including the annual Georgia College Fall Tennis Tourney at the Centennial Center Tennis Facility.
The fall season starts with the teams heading to two different locations, as some will go to the UGA Southern Intercollegiates in Athens Sept. 8-11 and the rest will head to Macon for the Middle Georgia Tournament.
The Georgia College Fall Championships comes next Sept. 22-23 at the Centennial Center Tennis Facility. The Bobcats close September and begin October at the Intercollegiate Tennis Association (ITA) Regionals in Sumter, South Carolina from Sept. 29 to Oct. 1.
The fall slate comes to a close Oct. 6-8 at the Mercer Tournament in Macon.
The Bobcat Men and Women each return four members from last season’s NCAA Regional Qualifiers. The fall schedule gives GC Tennis a chance to meld the returners with the newcomers prior to the dual season in February.
